The event will begin with an educational presentation from Vital Mobile IV Therapy led by licensed pharmacist and co-founder Pat Fleming, PharmD, BCOP. You'll learn about the science behind peptide therapy, potential wellness applications, safety considerations, and appropriate use in an approachable, evidence-based format. Following the presentation, enjoy a full-body mat Pilates class led by Kyla. This low-impact workout focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, enhancing mobility, and leaving you feeling stronger and more energized. The class is suitable for all experience levels, whether you're trying Pilates for the first time or looking to continue your practice.

Kyla first discovered Pilates in 2016 after years of competitive figure skating and dance. She quickly fell in love with how Pilates helped develop her strength, flexibility, and mobility. Wanting to deepen her practice, Kyla completed The Lab Pilates Training 500 Hour Comprehensive Course. She loves helping clients feel empowered through movement and is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and mobility while achieving their individual wellness goals.
